My recent stay here showcased a commendable commitment to guest service led by Mr Sufiyan, whose local insights proved invaluable. While the hotel offers a variety of amenities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and complimentary tea and coffee facilities, the execution of room cleanliness fell short upon our arrival, requiring a follow-up for re-cleaning. The staff responded promptly, showcasing their attentive nature. In evaluating the value proposition, the hotel's location is undoubtedly its strongest asset, despite the mixed experience with room conditions. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, yet it may not rise to the level of a full luxury offering. Ultimately, Iceberg Hotel presents a reasonable choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience, albeit with the understanding that not all aspects align with a premium experience.
